Do we have exclusive use of the property or will we share with other guests?

At Atlantica you will always have exclusivity of the entire property whether you are 2 or 16 people.

Do we get a discount if we are less than 16 people?

Absolutely. We don't charge like most properties a standard rate, rather our rates are tailored to the amount of people for eg. If you are only 4 people sharing you can use any 2 bedrooms but get the full use of all other entertainment rooms like lounges, kitchen, games room, pool etc. We just ask that you don't sleep in all the beds in rooms not used.

Is there someone on the property or nearby to assist incase of a problem?

At Atlantica you may feel like you on an island surrounded by sea but you certainly won't be stranded. We have a groundsman on site to help you with anything you require assistance with. Also a dedicated 24/7 Guest service contact number for any questions you may have before during or after your stay. We also have an awesome host that will try their utmost to make your stay a memorable one whom can be contacted at anytime during your stay.

We are only 2 people is the house too big? How would prices work?

We often get bookings for smaller groups wanting the best of both worlds. Large properties at a discounted rate. Our rates start at R2000 for 2 people sharing and will be charged R500 per person sharing per night thereafter. For eg. 6 people would be R2000 (2people) and R500 x (4 people) = R2000 Total: R4000. Kindly contact us for tailor made packages.

Is there a pool net on the pool?

Yes, as per law our pool is fitted with a professionally installed pool net. It is the responsibility of the guest to remove and re install after use.

Must we clean the house when we leave?

Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. We don't expect beds to be made and bathrooms to be cleaned but a general cleanliness is expected. Start up cleaning materials are provided.

When and will I get back my breakage deposit?

An amount of R1500 will be required for your stay in addition to your rental. This will be refunded within 72 hours after your departure provided the property is left in a satisfactory condition and nothing has been broken or abused.

Is there parking?

Yes parking for up to 7 cars.

What amenities can I find in the bedroom and bathroom?

Bedroom amenities include: hotel grade linen, spare blanket and hairdryer. Bathroom amenities: toilet paper, towels and hand soap. Please bring along personal toiletries. Colourful beach/pool towels can be found in the games rooms. Please do not use white bathroom towels for the beach or pool.

Can we have daily housekeeping?

Most certainly, however this does have an additional charge of R400 per day. Housekeeping is available daily 8am to 12pm and on Sundays and public holidays R700 . Kindly let us know when booking should you require housekeeping.

Is Atlantica wheelchair friendly?

We are working on this one, but unfortunately not at this moment in time as the property is situated on various levels.

What kitchen appliances can be found?

Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. 5 plate gas hob and electric stove. Fridge/freezer and espresso machine, toaster, kettle etc. All glassware, cutlery and crockery, platters, bowls and tupperware..

Does the house have ocean views?

We boast some of the best views in Yzerfontein. Almost every room and bedroom boasts an ocean view.

How far is Atlantica from the shops?

Atlantica is very well located in that we are within walking distance to beaches, harbour and shops. And did we mention literally only a stone's throw aways from the ocean.

Can we bring our dogs with?

Absolutely, we welcome your 4 legged family members. Provided you take responsibility for any destruction they may cause and they refrain from sleeping in bedrooms or carpeted areas.

TV and WiFi?

We have a TV lounge and 3 of the 7 bedrooms have smart TV's (there is a Netflix account open for you to enjoy movies and series.) Or just go TikTok crazy. A 50mbps fibre line is installed and there is WIFI connectivity throughout the property.

What games are in the games room?

The games room is situated near the plunge pool and at the far end of the property where you can make as much noise as you like without disturbing your family. Games include: Table tennis, darts, Pool, 30 Seconds, Uno, puzzles , Chess, etc. Also some cool sand buckets and spades for the little ones and many kids fishing nets for the rock pools.
